I’ve usually tried to stick with Classic Perform because I’ve had decent experiences with them before, so I went to classicperform.com first expecting to find what I needed. Unfortunately, the brand selection felt limited, and I couldn’t track down the parts I was after. I really wanted to give them the order, but after browsing around for a while, I ended up buying from another site that had more options.

I had a tough time getting clear replies. Messages took days to get answered, and when they did respond, it didn’t really address what I was asking. I can see this being frustrating for other customers too, especially if they need help quickly

I ordered from classicperform.com and only found out later that the part was on backorder. I get it, delays happen, but come on now, at least keep people in the loop. I had to email more than once just to get a basic update, which got frustrating. The product was fine once it finally arrived, but the waiting around with barely any communication definitely took away from the experience.

I opened the delivery thinking, okay, hopefully everything’s fine… but nope. The box was completely crushed, and the parts were just rattling around loose inside. I kept thinking, how did this even get shipped like this? it was frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

The warranty help was alright in the end, but man, those slowpokes really took their time. They did handle the issue eventually, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t quick

I had to send back a part that ended up not fitting my setup. The return process was easy enough, and they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Reading between the lines, it didn’t feel like they were dragging their feet or anything, just the usual return timeline. The refund took a few days to show up, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably give 5 stars if it had been just a little quicker.

I ordered a part from classicperform.com and it did arrive, so that part was fine. Delivery date got moved once though, and I didn’t really get a clear update about what was going on.
The box showed up in good shape and nothing was missing, which I appreciated. I just wish shipping info was little more clear. Not a terrible experience, but not great one either.

To be fair, the site seemed fine up until checkout, but then it just kept looping and wouldn’t accept my card. I tried a couple of times and eventually gave up. it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I did hear back from customer service, but it took longer than I thought it would, which left me a bit confused about what was going on. They were polite when they finally replied, so that was good, but the whole thing just felt slower than expected. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, but not exactly great either

I ordered a few front end parts for my old Chevy everything lined up well. I didn’t have to drill anything or fight with it too much, which was a relief... One bracket did take a little patience, but it ended up fitting fine in the end. Shipping was normal too, no issues there. I’d probably order from classicperform.com again when I need fitment stuff...

The prices seemed fair to me, nothing felt overpriced or unexpected. Shipping was fine too — not super fast, but reasonable enough.

I was disappointed with my experience. I don’t mean that one tiny delay ruined everything, but there just wasn’t much clear communication, so I kept feeling like I had to check on things myself instead of being updated along the way. For what I paid, I really expected the service to feel a bit more organized and dependable. Maybe other people have had better luck with Classicperform, and I’m not saying it’s awful for everyone, but for me personally, it just wasn’t a great experience. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered a few parts from classicperform.com, the shipping ended up being faster than I thought it would be. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since I hadn’t ordered from them before, but it went smoothly.

I got the tracking email quickly, and the box showed up in good shape with everything looking fine. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I always get a bit nervous when car parts are in transit.

The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seemed to sit for about a day before it actually started moving. After that, though, there really weren’t any issues

I had a hard time using the site . I couldn’t really find what I was looking for , and a lot of the pages felt cluttered and slow to load . Even checking out was more confusing than it needed to be . Overall , it just wasn’t a great experience

The parts arrived quickly, so I’ll give them that, but wow… the quality was a letdown. One piece had rough, messy edges, and the finish already looked scuffed like it had been through a tiny battle before it even got to me. It technically works, but for the price, I was expecting something much nicer. I’m not furious, but I’m definitely disappointed enough that I probably wouldn’t order again.

I ordered this after checking the compatibility notes, but it still didn’t fit my setup. Support was polite, but they mostly just told me to recheck the measurements. I really wish the guide had been clearer before I bought it, because I ended up wasting time and dealing with shipping for no reason...

The staff definitely knew what they were talking about, which I appreciated. I just don’t have much patience when things aren’t moving quickly or smoothly, so it wasn’t perfect for me. Still, they were helpful overall

I regret not checking the reviews before dealing with this. Support has taken way too long, and the issue still isn’t fixed. Frustrating experience overall.

the exchange took a little longer than i was hoping, but they did get it sorted out in the end.
